20091002: A request by D. R. Horton to waive front and rear set backs for lots 2,11,12,13,28,29,31,34,35,47,50,63,64,67 and 59 in Southern Trace subdivision.
20090903: CONTINUED FROM SEPTEMBER. A request by Teco, Inc to be allowed to place or replace mobile homes in Town & Country Mobile Home Park without each having to go before ZBA.
20091102: A request by Emilio Cerice of 1243 Ashville Rd to be allowed to keep storage buildings in his back yard. Property is located in Jefferson County and currently zoned R-2.
20091202: A request by Rev. James Naughton as representative of St. Theresa Catholic Church, 1390 Ashville Ct. to be allowed to waive setbacks to expand their sanctuary.
20100101: A request by Ronald & Theresa Harris to be allowed to operate a Day Care Facility at 1406 & 1410 Promotion Plaza.
