Leeds ZBA Meeting Notice

The City of Leeds Zoning Board of Adjustments will hold public hearings Thursday November 19, 2009 5:00 p.m. At Leeds Civic Center meeting room to consider the following:

Continued from October meeting:
20091001: A request by Gary Spradley of 1822 Tyler Circle to be allowed to keep a carport that was installed behind his residence. Property is located in St. Clair County and zoned R-5.

20091002: A request by D. R. Horton to waive front and rear set backs for lots 2,11,12,13,28,29,31,34,35,40,47,50,63,64,67 and 59 in Southern Trace subdivision.

20091003: A request by MidSouth Contractors Inc. to be allowed to build a home at 8378 Farley Ave. Current zoning is I-1 zoning (light industrial).

20091004: A request by Kathleen Smith to be allowed to replace a 15 yr. Old single wide manufactured home with a new double wide home at 415 Whitaker Place. Property is located in Jefferson County and currently zoned R-2.

20090903: CONTINUED FROM SEPTEMBER. A request by Teco, Inc to be allowed to place or replace mobile homes in Town & Country Mobile Home Park without each having to go before ZBA.

20091101: A request by Ann C. Maclean at 7604 Kane Drive to be allowed to increase the square footage for an outbuilding on her property. Property is located in Jefferson County. Current land use is unused land.

20091102: A request by Emilio Cerice of 1243 Ashville Rd to be allowed to keep storage buildings in his back yard. Property is located in Jefferson County and currently zoned R-2.

20091103: A request by MidSouth Contractors to be allowed to adjust front setbacks. Property is located in Jefferson County and currently zoned I-1 (light industrial).
